NEW LOCATION:

For the past several years, Dog Walk has been held in Medford, Oregon. This year we’re trying something new. DFD will be holding its 22nd annual Dog Walk in historic Jacksonville, Oregon, at Jacksonville Elementary School - 655 Hueners Lane.

Currently, Ryan and Katie co-star on the popular ABCFamily television series Switched at Birth.

FUN!

In addition to the new location, we’re adding a new, fun activity and we have a lot of local Jacksonville businesses involved:  Your Dog Walk admission enters you into the Poker Walk! During the Dog Walk, you’ll visit various businesses in Jacksonville to gather playing cards. The best poker hand wins a fabulous prize! We have a variety of other activities planned such as dog demonstrations, a Wizard of Oz costume contest, exhibits, lunch and more. 

THEME

This year’s Dog Walk theme is The Wizard of Oz…so grab your Ruby Slippers, click your heels together and follow the Yellow Brick Road to a magical day of fun-filled activities!

REGISTRATION

• Registration is $30.00 and includes a t-shirt for all those registered by May 3rd, 10 p.m. PST
• Online registration runs through May 24, 4 p.m. PST UPDATE! Registration has been extended - runs through May 29, 4pm PST
• Day of event registration is $50
• Registration includes: Custom designed Dog Walk t-shirt (if you register by May 3rd), doggie bandana, hot dog lunch, beverages, demonstrations, activities, and contests.

Our online registration and personal Dog Walk internet fundraising page option was a success last year and we will continue with it again this year. So, even if you cannot attend in person, you can still participate.
