"Enclosed is a check from the Ashland, Oregon, Lions Club. This donation is made in recognition and support of the contributions DFD makes in the quality of the lives of its clients, the clients' families, and the dogs it saves. It is a pleasure to support an organization that brings independence and happiness to so many."
~ Mark H., Treasurer, Oregon
The Carbon County Lion/Lioness Fair Association in Pennsylvania donated booth space to one of our recipients Lorraine and her Hearing Dog Colby so they could promote DFD and tell people about the dogs we rescue and train. Lorraine and Colby were at the fair every day for five days, collecting donations and telling people about DFD. Lorraine also encouraged people to have fundraisers to help with our special work. Thank you Carbon County Lion/Lioness Fair Association!
