Apple Pie is actually a 6-pound Chihuahua-mix that helps the 72-year-old deaf Glendale resident with daily living, following five months of training in Oregon after being saved from being euthanized at an animal shelter in Fresno.

  • Your demonstration and presentation is not confirmed or scheduled until you have spoken to one of our staff members. Demonstrations and presentations are scheduled based on availabilty of staff members and/or DFD Ambassadors.
  • We require at least 2 weeks advance notice in order to be able to schedule a demonstration and presentation and to prepare and send presentation materials.
