Check with the Human Resources Department at your company to find out if they have a matching gift program and what the policy and guidelines are.
Some of them will have a form you need to fill out and enclose with your gift to DFD.
Some may even offer payroll deductions to make it easier for you to make a larger gift.
After we receive your form and contributions, we will verify the amount and date, and return it to your employer.

UNITED WAY donations can be made through your employer with payroll deductions or one-time gifts. Just specify that you wish to direct your gift to Dogs for the Deaf (Animal Charities).
